I've found that those adhesive hooks from 3M work really well, so long as you have a smooth wall. When you are done using them they really do pull off cleanly like in the ads. I would use the smallest nail I could find and then fill the hole when you leave.

you go ahead and use a nail and when it's time to move out you cover the hole with toothpaste.
i seen on t.v.a adhesive tab.when you want to take the picture down you pull on the tab ane it releases leaving no mark.check lowes or home depot.they must have them.good luck.
