How do hang a heavy picture frame without using nails or screws?

Lowes and home depot are starting to carry anti-gravity wall mounts for large heavy picture frames. You mount the four square tabs to the bottom of the object you want to hang. Place the four other tabs on the floor below the tabs you mounted on the frame. To keep the picture in the place you want it, the kit comes with small weights you stick to the back of the frame. This causes the frame to float against the wall with no nails or screws. Its kind of tricky with dogs or cats because if the animal lays down over the floor tabs....How do hang a heavy picture frame without using nails or screws?
Depends on the wall surface. Apply expoxy to the wall (assuming it's not too porous) and then press the picture holder into the epoxy. Tape over it to hold it while it sets (24 hrs to be sure). Then you should be able to hang a picture. But it's still a risk, because if the picture is *very* heavy, it could still fall.
