A plastic hook and a dab of quick set construction adhesive . Use masking tape to hold it until it sets . simple .I want to hang pictures on a cement wall with adhesive type hooks -- no nails. Any suggestions?

3-m makes a great product. get them anywhere. hardware store, walmart,target.
