How do you put little pictures on your own nails?

i just saw it, i never knew it was possible.


does anyone know how to do it???How do you put little pictures on your own nails?
I'm not sure if this will work, I've never tried it, so if it does let me know.=]


1. Paint your nails the base color.(in that picture, red)


2. Print off the picture on the internet(make sure its not on glossy paper, newspaper works best)


3.appy a clear base coat, and place the picture on your nail, using the base coat as ';glue.';


4. apply a clear top coat to secure picture.
