I'd say either a french manicure, or you could pick a neutral peach. Since your dress is bright, you don't want your nails to clash with it.

I say a mettalic blue, or a french manicure with metallic blue or black at the top. Gold would stand out and you'd get tons of compliments. Or platinum, which would be perfect. So cute! DON'T PAINT you nails the color of you dress: it wont stand out and no one will notice.
